When Work is Not Work

Today was one of my 'work' days at Blue Skies Gallery, but that's not really what I was doing . Every time I am there I meet other artists and the customers are usually so interesting, too. It's a pleasure to be there, especially since we are encouraged to bring things to work on, so the customers can see us in action. So today this is what I did. These angels are going to be given away with Christmas purchases as a thank you to the customers. I'm going to add a little glitter ( have I ever mentioned how much I love glitter?), maybe sequins, ribbon, etc. They are each about six inches long. I plan on contributing a dozen.

These are just soooooo cute and I wonderful. Great care and creative energy went into each one I can tell. They are beautiful. I think they are just awesome. It's amazing the power of glitter. How have you been. I been busy with family stuff and promoting Ruby. Please forgive me for not reaching out sooner. Lots of stuff going on at home and work. It was so good to hear from you and to see what you are up to. Girl I just love the pig!!! He's wonderful!!! You really put your special spice on him. What's on your plate? What are you going to paint next. I would love to hear about it. Email me at oohlaladesignstudio@gmail.com. Take care my beautifully talented friend.
