Snow Day

Well, I'm sitting here watching the forecast for between 6 and 12 inches of snow tonight. The opening of the show has been canceled for tomorrow, and I think I see an nice, cozy and creative day at home. I've given myself a week off from painting to come back at it in a new way. In the last few days I've been sketching some ideas which are more expressive than my previous work. And I've been reading about polymer clay and trying all kinds of techniques. So come back and check in on me. I've been checking on you.

Hi Dean, I think it's about up to 7 or 8 inches now and still snowing! But that's nothing for Chicago, right?

I love snowstorms. So cozy and snuggly.

Well......

That would normally be true but this year the winter in Chicago has been kind of tame.

I think everyone on the east coast got our weather!
