My 250th Post and the Last of 2009

Happy New Year all my friends and readers! All the best wishes for 2010. Now, do we say 'two thousand ten' or do we say ' twenty ten'? I'm not sure.

This is my 250th post! I can't believe it....wow, to have posted that many times....it seems to have gone by so fast.

Seven years ago tonight my whole family was in Paris, riding the metro, enjoying the ride with an old man with a tiny dog on his lap, a lady with a huge bouquet of fresh flowers and several people with pastry boxes, those lucky ducks. Later we walked over to the Eiffel Tower to watch people set off small fireworks, sparklers, and some things I was afraid would explode too closely to us. It was cold and gorgeous, the whole tower dressed in tiny glowing lights. Ahh, memories.

This is my tiny granddaughter and my big sons building a tower the day after Christmas. We all had such a good time together, the first time we have all been together in a little over a year. Of course, my granddaughter was the entertainment. She is so precious to all of us.

Onto art. I have been giving a lot of thought to the list of resolutions, or changes, I will make in 2010. Tomorrow I will list them on my blog, just so I'll be held accountable.

Sleep tight. Don't party too long.

Aw she's already standing. Time flies by so quickly.

I think its twenty/ten because we say nineteen/ten or nineteen/twenty etc. But I don't think it really matters. Happy New Year Deborah.
