Different Strokes

Finally!! I have another submission for Karin Jurick's blog, Different Strokes From Different Folks. The focus of her photo was the barn, but I decided to paint to the right of that, and leave the barn out. I hope she okays it for her blog. I don't usually paint landscapes, so it was a good exercise for me.
Wait til you see what I've been working on!

Deborah, I love this. Your colors are kind of cooled down Van Gogh, is what it reminds me of. Wonderful!

Very nice peaceful landscape. I don't do landscapes either and it would probably be good to try one sometime.
I love painting flowers and people.

Deborah, I just came over here from a link on a comment you left on Katharine's blog regarding a slump you're in. Just to let you know. I couldn't tell. Your work is progressing and you're alive with ideas.

This is a very calming landscape with the colors being so beautifully soft. Nice work.
